Welcome to the LIGHTS OUT Forum!

This forum was created so that members can have a place to share ideas for a
number of topics. Such as: Blind parenting, blindness in general, Guide Dog
use, Diabetes,
insulin pumps, and much more!

I got the idea of starting this forum because of my friends over at
http://forum.atu2.com/forum.src

I learned that as a blind person, I could still be a part of an online
community, and that using a forum is easy and fun!
And to tell you a little bit about myself, I happen to be a blind, insulin
pump using, stay at home Dad, that's a Diabetic, and uses a Guide Dog. So I
look forward to
meeting you and sharing some ideas with each other.

The forum is easy to use. All you have to do is:
1. Creat a user name
2. Creat a password
3. Enter the forum and start posting!

Anyone can read the topics, but you need to be a registered user to join the discussions.
I'm sure we all have some good ideas we want to share, but please remember
that we are here to do just that, and you should always check with your
Doctor before making any changes regarding your Diabetes, or any other
health related issues.
The main rule in here is that we respect one another. Any posts that I feel are off topic, disrespectful, or just not appropriate, I will remove at my discretion.
