It is hard to find this out, but if you are on the pump and you are on medicare, they will cover a majority of the cost of the insulin. If you go to www.medicare.gov and then to "Find Out What Medicare Covers" and then enter your State and then "Durable Medical Equipment" you might see that fluids for Infusion Pumps are covered. You will likely need to check with your pharacists, etc. Most are unfamiliar with this option.
