Hey all -- It's j2e, and I started this forum. I went blind about 10 years ago from Diabetes, and I've been messing around with a computer for about the last 6 years. My wife and I became parents about 1 1/2 years ago. I wanted to create a forum where blindness, and issues related to blindness, could be talked about. I also want to welcome sighted users as well. My goals are that we all help each other out with these issues. Issues such as blindness, blind parenting, blind children, Diabetes, and all issues that relate to Diabetes. To tell you a little bit about myself--I'm a blind stay at home Dad. I also have Diabetes, use an insulin pump, and a Guidedog as well. There's lots of places on the internet that deal with these topics, but my goal was to create a place where all of them could be discussed in the same place.
