Best way to feed a baby foods from jar

I can't see and need ideas on how I should feed baby food when she goes off the bottle. It seems daunting! Any help would be great. Thanks.

To be honest, my wife always does this part. But I think that the best way to approach this is to get behind your baby. Then it's almost like feeding yourself....well almost. Good luck!
